Job Description
We are seeking a fresh or slightly experienced MBA graduate who is passionate about strategic planning and business consulting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business challenges, developing strategic roadmaps, and assisting clients in implementing effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning.
Develop and implement business strategies based on client needs.
Assist clients in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
Understand and refine HR policies and organizational structures.
Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Work closely with senior consultants to deliver impactful solutions.
Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for clients.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA (recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience) in Strategy, Business, or Finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand and develop SOPs and business models.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and HR policies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
